DonoFam adventure into new recipes

Week 6 of new to us recipes, it was L’s birthday week so he picked all the recipes for this week.

Main: chicken lo mein, everyone enjoyed it, tasted like take out lo mein. Only thing we need to get chicken cut smaller and time to noodles finishing and into the pan better. But still good and we all enjoyed it.

Bread: homemade sub rolls, we loved this one! We added Italian herb and cheese to the top and it was a very enjoyable roll! We will be making this one more often!

Dessert: Japanese cheesecake, this dessert not only was new to make but we never had it before so it was a treat. It’s such a light and fluffy treat, not overly sweet and has spongy texture. Also enjoyed by everyone and will make again.
