How to Target 20261. Don't Start from "Next Year Will A.
How to Target 2026
1. Don't start from "What will next year take?"
Let's start with a more honest question.
> What does 2025 teach us the most?
> And we don't want to hurt the same way anymore.
Target 2026
It shouldn't start with ambition.
But it often starts with "wounds we don't want to repeat."
2. Aim from "the life you want to live," not "the picture you want to see."
Ask yourself,
> How does 2026 want to wake up and feel?
> Want to live accelerated or breathing?
> Want to be proud of what? Even no one can see it.
If the target still relies on other people's eyes
It means it's not ours yet.
3. Write the goal as "taking care of yourself."
The goal doesn't have to be big.
Just "make life lighter, actually."
Instead of writing that
❌ must succeed.
❌ must be better.
Try writing that
✔️ 2026, I won't force my life.
✔️ 2026, I'll rest before I'm exhausted.
✔️ 2026, I will choose what is really necessary.
4. Use a language that speaks to yourself, not a success language.
Good target.
Don't sound smart.
Just sounds real.
Sample
> I'll slow down my life without feeling guilty.
> I'll do a good job, but not redeem my health.
> I'll admit that some days can't. And that's not a failure.
If reading and mind installment
That's it. Yeah.
5. Aim for little but to survive
2026 does not require 30 targets.
Just five or seven.
> Remember
> don't hate
> Still want to do on a tired day
Too many goals
Often become a burden, not a direction.
6. Put yourself the "escape route."
Written in the first mind that
> 60-70% is enough
> Change the target if it's not ideal then
> Take a break without feeling guilty.
A merciful target.
Will take us less than the end of the year
7. End the 2026 target with a single sentence.
Before folding the paper or closing the notes.
Try writing this sentence (or your own sentence).
> 2026, let me live.
> Without leaving yourself behind.
That's enough.
Really.
P.S.
If 2026
You're not much better.
Didn't go further than anyone.
But "live with yourself better."
That wasn't a wasted year at all.
