Self Care bedtime perfume combo
This week I plan on making my mental health a priority. To jumpstart a week of self care, here’s my bedtime perfume combo and a book by Morgan Richard Oliver , that I’ll be reading before bed, instead of scrolling social media.
Perfume : @Donna Karan cashmere and Palo santo + @Burberry Burberry Goddess. I typically use both of these scents to comfort myself and ease anxiety. To stick with the vanilla theme I decided to pull out my @Hempz vanilla lux lotion and one of my favorite body oils from @17BerthaStreet (use:Joy10) called KathyJean.
