It’s the weight loss progress for me
January 2025 ➡️ June 2026
Sometimes I literally forget how far I’ve come… until I see the videos side by side.
104 pounds gone from my overall journey that started 12/2023…, but the biggest transformation wasn’t the scale… it was finally believing I could do hard things, finally feeling happier when I tried on clothes, finally feeling more comfortable when walking… just feeling healthier overall
I’m still a work in progress, but I’m proud of myself✨
I should really start lifting weights so I can start by body recompostion journey.

Looking back over my weight loss journey, one thing that stands out is how much the mental and emotional growth meant beyond just the numbers on the scale. Losing 104 pounds was a huge milestone, but the real victory was changing how I saw myself and what I believed I was capable of. Often, it’s easy to get caught up in the weight loss itself, but the deeper changes — feeling happier trying on clothes, moving with more ease, and gaining confidence — are what truly kept me motivated. Sharing this progress here, I want others to know that it’s okay to take it one day at a time and celebrate small wins along the way. Weight loss is a personal journey and can be more than just physical; it involves changing habits, mindset, and self-love. From stubborn days when motivation was low, to moments of pride when I saw side-by-side videos comparing my before and after, the support from communities focused on #weightloss, #beforeandafter transformations, and specific challenges like #pcosweightloss helped immensely. My next goal is starting weight training to begin body recomposition — this means building muscle while continuing to lose fat to improve overall health and physique. Incorporating strength training can accelerate metabolism and enhance long-term weight management. For anyone considering this step, start slowly with manageable routines and consult professionals if possible. Trusting the process and remaining patient with your body is key. This journey has been about proving to myself that I can do hard things, and that feeling comfortable and healthy in my own skin is worth every effort. If you’re on a similar path, remember progress is progress, no matter how small or big, and staying proud of yourself helps fuel continued success.
