Same here. Diagnosed back in ’99, and now at 48 with perimenopause in the mix, my symptoms feel louder and different. Time management has always been my toughest challenge, with emotion regulation close behind—usually tangled together. I tend to misjudge time, skip breaks/rewards, and end up overwhelmed enough to pause or quit the task. I’ve found a few strategies that are finally working (six months in), some I’m still testing, and others I need help with—so I’m all for swapping tools and ideas!

I'll go first! My biggest challenges are time management and emotional regulation! I need accountability, so I rank that as a 10! How about you?
