Gym girlies!! Help me out!!
Hey girls! I don’t usually post on these kinds of platforms but I’m in desperate need of some help!
I’ve currently just finished my first year of college and was unfortunately a victim to the freshman 15. At this point in life I’ve excepted my curviness but I still would like to slim down to show off more of my prettier curves, if you get what I mean. It’s no longer about being skinny for me, I’ve been healed from that part of myself with the help of my loving boyfriend 😊 but some days I feel a little out of place next to him, like I’m not skinny enough to look good by his tall and skinny side. 😂 I know that it’s completely just a mindset but I would like to try some new things to hopefully make me feel and look healthier and more myself!
A little side note: I’ve always struggled with being about to say no when it comes to food, even foods that I’m allergic to, like gluten and dairy, and that I know will hurt my body by eating. I’m trying to gain control of the amount of sugar or unhealthy food I eat a day to slowly wean myself out of the habit off and on. This is something that I’ve struggled with for years: mentally feeling good about my weight one day and then feeling fat another day. I would love some tips on what else I can do mentally and physically for myself! Especially when it comes to calorie deficits and all that!

I’m 186 rn and my goal is 150-160! (I hope that’s a reasonable goal..!)















































































































pilates isn't technically for weight loss but i used it alongside cardio! it really helped me tone all my muscles which made me end up looking slimmer too! plus when i do the longer ones (45 mins+) i always burn at least 200 calories even though it's super low impact
