hey mamas!

are you having some issues with your Medela hand pump? TRY THIS HACK! ✨

i would get so frustrated with this hand pump. it would consistently lose suction and i had no idea what to do. until someone told me to switch the valve to a different valve! i now, NEVER lose suction, and its helped me maintain my supply!
