toddler friendly trip: Houston Zoo! 🐼🦁🐘

now that the school year started, take a trip to the zoo! here at the Houston Zoo, you have to reserve your day. we went on a day that was supposed to rain, and ended up paying around $35-$40 for me and my husband. which is super cheap! 🙌🏽

there was hardly anyone around. so this gave my toddler the opportunity to explore without bumping into anyone, have the animals to herself and so on! we literally stayed with the monkeys for 15 minutes because they were playing. she had the best time!

we took snacks, sunscreen, water, our Tushbaby, and our coffee! we got to the park around 9am and left close to 1pm.
