Prayer strength when you’re worn out

When life feels overwhelming and your spirit is drained, turning to prayer can be an incredible source of renewal. When negative thoughts creep in, reminding myself that "with God, all things are possible" (Matthew 19:26) helps shift my mindset from despair to hope. Ultimately, prayer in weariness is an ongoing conversation—not about having all the answers or masking pain, but about trusting that no matter how heavy our burdens, we are supported and renewed by a loving presence. This perspective has personally allowed me to pause, breathe, and regain my footing with a spirit renewed by encouragement and hope.
