Get out of your lazy girl era
Use these steps!
Step 1- identify what it would look like for you to no longer be “lazy”. Make a vision board with images of what this looks like for you.
Step 2 - start building routines for yourself so you can have actual achievable steps
Step 3 - simplify! Anything that is overly complicated is going to make you want to not do so simplify as much as you can. Example: move from a multi step skincare routine to a 2 part routine.
Step 4- habit stack what you want to be doing with what you’re already doing. Example: if you want to be better at making your bed, do it while you do something else, like drinking your coffee.

To truly break out of your lazy girl era, it’s essential to understand what laziness represents and how it impacts your daily life. Begin by visualizing your ideal self and what a productive day looks like for you. Creating a vision board is an excellent way to manifest those aspirations into reality. Next, focus on developing realistic habits and routines that align with your lifestyle. Start small; perhaps aim for two tasks a day that contribute to your larger goals. Whether it’s a more efficient skincare routine or tidying your space, simplifying these actions leads to long-term success. Consider the concept of habit stacking. This technique involves linking a new habit to an existing one to make it stick. For example, if you already enjoy your morning coffee, try pairing it with making your bed to make the process enjoyable and rewarding. It’s about finding joy in small tasks and slowly building momentum. Lastly, stay motivated by surrounding yourself with visuals of your goals and remind yourself of the healthier, more productive version of you as you progress. Breaking free from a lazy mindset is not just about making changes; it’s about building a lifestyle that feels good and is sustainable.
