The Perfect Matcha

* Matcha (organic - ceremonial grade)😮‍💨

* 1/2 cup of hot water

* 1/2 cup hot fave milk 👇🏾

* 1tbs maple syrup 🍁

* 1tsp ground cinnamon powder

* 1tsp ground ginger powder(spicy kick) optional*🫚

whisk, froth matcha w/ hot water

+ maple syrup

+ frothy milk of choice (plant base - pistachio, oat milk , almond milk ) it adds a lot of creaminess & coziness 🫖

then top with cinnamon & ginger

Using real organic matcha makes such a difference—the greener, the better!

I used what I had on hand—It’s organic, made in Japan 🍵

But —

My favorite is Ceremonial-Grade Matcha brand is Pique— 🫶🏽 it’s a bit on the pricier side, but the quality is exceptional!

You can’t go wrong with either one!

I tried the pistachio flavor for the first time—not a fan. I’ll stick to my matcha with oat milk; it’s my favorite! 🫂
