What do you eat to reach your protein goal?

So, I’m currently trying to build muscle.

Do you guys have any recommendations of meals that help you stick to your daily protein intake?

I find this hard as someone who’s somewhat new to nutrition and trying to eat more whole food meals to sustain the gains I’m making lifting weights.

Any recs or advice would help, thanks!
