True Hydrating Body wash 🫧

Saw this walmart find and decided to try it, I choose the Berry & Vanilla Cream and i rate it a 10/10. The scent is there, but it is very light perfect for those with sensitivity to strong scents or sensitive skin. It is pH-balanced and dermatologically tested, Vegan and cruelty-free, and Made with only 11 ingredients. Unlike most vegan bodywashes this one has a very nice lather to it and will definitely be repurchasing😌 #walmartbodycare #walmarthygiene #selfcare #bodywash #lemon8beauty

... Read moreAfter falling in love with the True Berry & Vanilla Cream body wash, I just had to share more about why I think this brand is a total game-changer, especially if you're on the hunt for gentle, effective body care. What really stands out about True, beyond the delightful light scent, is its commitment to clean ingredients. Like the bottle says (and I've checked!), these are 'moisturizing body washes' crafted to be 'free of sulfates, phthalates, parabens, and dyes.' For someone like me with sensitive skin, knowing that I'm avoiding harsh chemicals is a huge relief. It’s comforting to see that quality you’d expect from higher-end brands available right at Walmart for such an accessible price point! One thing I often get asked is about products that are 'good for hair' and skin. While this is specifically a body wash, the principles behind its gentle formulation are actually fantastic for overall skin health, including your scalp! Since it's pH-balanced and dermatologically tested, it creates a much healthier environment for your skin. Sulfates, for example, can strip natural oils, both from your body and your scalp. So, using a sulfate-free body wash, one with 'clean ingredients,' can contribute to healthier skin that isn't prone to dryness or irritation. This is a great foundation for a healthy scalp, which in turn supports healthy hair growth. Personally, I always make sure that my shampoos and conditioners are equally gentle and sulfate-free to keep everything balanced from head to toe. Speaking of gentle, I know many people look for 'fragrance-free' options, perhaps like Vanicream, for extreme sensitivities. While the Berry & Vanilla Cream has a lovely, subtle aroma, the 'light scent' is truly perfect for those who want a pleasant shower experience without overpowering fragrances that can sometimes irritate. It's a nice middle ground if you're not entirely fragrance-averse but still need something gentle. The fact that it's vegan and cruelty-free also aligns with my values, making it an even better choice for conscious consumers. It’s truly refreshing to find a product that aligns with both effectiveness and ethics. And let's not forget the variety! My Berry & Vanilla Cream is amazing, but I've also spotted other intriguing scents from True like 'sweet peach & mandarin,' 'lily & wood sage,' 'ocean breeze & cedar,' and 'sandalwood & cocoa butter.' It's great to have options depending on your mood or season. Each one comes in a generous '18 FL OZ (532 mL)' bottle, so you're getting a good amount of product that lasts. The lather is surprisingly rich for a vegan body wash, which is a huge plus for me. It feels luxurious without any of the guilt. I really feel like I'm treating my skin when I use it, and that feeling of clean, moisturized skin after a shower is just priceless. If you're looking for a hydrating, clean-ingredient body wash that won't break the bank, you absolutely have to give the True brand at Walmart a try! It’s become a staple in my self-care routine, and I highly recommend checking out all the different scents to find your perfect match!
