i fell in 🩷 with Sydney
Paid a visit to Sydney earlier this month and it was everything i had expected - great vibes, great coffee, great food, great weather and great people ✨ Here are some of my favourite places:
1️⃣ Sydney Fish Market
the sashimi here was sooo fresh & good!! I had to sit outdoors for the seagull experience and they actually attempted (but failed) to swarm me & steal my food 😅
2️⃣ Carriageworks Farmers Market
i loveeee Sydney’s farmers markets - the concept of selling local produce is so so interesting and i had the best butter of my life (Pepe Saya) here. Was also spoilt for choice because there were sooo many food options and everything looked so yummy
3️⃣ Bondi to Bronte Coastal Walk
this was highly recommended by friends and even an Aussie colleague of mine but it was 13 degrees with strong winds when i reached - it didn’t take long for me to give up and take a bus back to Bondi Junction LOL it was too cold 🥶
4️⃣ Rivareno Gelato
the pistachio here was the best i ever had wtf it was SO GOOD. Between Messina & Rivareno my first choice will always be the latter!!!
5️⃣ Lune Croissanterie
not pictured but i had the best coffee in Sydney here!! Pastries were super tasty too - glad we got one savoury and one sweet to balance out the palate
6️⃣ Black Star Pastry
their watermelon strawberry cake is famous for a reason - it was so good & refreshing but i found the portion size pretty small
7️⃣ Koko Black
i love chocolates with fillings (especially with alcohol or fruits) and this place really hit the spot! Their milk chocolate pastilles were also alot nicer than Haigh’s in my opinion
