#JesusIsTheGodWhoHeals
Give it all to Jesus
Healing emotional wounds through faith can be a transformative experience. In my own journey, I faced overwhelming feelings of shame, trauma, grief, and pain that seemed impossible to overcome alone. What helped me most was surrendering these burdens to Jesus, recognizing Him as the God who heals. "Give it all to Jesus" isn’t just a phrase—it’s a powerful invitation to let go of what weighs on your heart and find peace. Many of us carry hidden struggles like fear, anger, regret, and brokenness. These emotions can build walls that isolate us from joy and connection. But through prayer and reflection, I found that acknowledging these feelings and bringing them before Jesus allowed me to experience healing beyond what I expected. It’s important to remember that healing is a process. It doesn’t always happen overnight, but with continued faith and openness, restoration unfolds. Reflecting on the list of heavy emotions—shame, trauma, guilt, fear, hate, grief, pain, brokenness, worry, anger, regret—each one responded differently to my willingness to release them and trust in divine support. For anyone struggling, I encourage you to honestly name the pain and give it to Jesus. Whether through prayer, community support, or personal meditation, opening your heart can lead to profound healing. Remember, you are not alone, and healing is possible because Jesus is the God who heals every broken part of us.
