I googled my symptoms…
and apparently I’m delusional.
Not because I’m disconnected from reality—
but because I choose to see myself differently now.
I started speaking kindly to myself.
I stopped negotiating my worth.
I began protecting my peace like it actually mattered.
And suddenly…
that was “too much.”
It’s funny how self-doubt is considered normal,
but self-belief gets questioned.
So if loving myself out loud,
honoring what I need,
and refusing to shrink
makes me “delusional”…
then I’m okay with that.
Because I’ve been “sane” before.
And she abandoned herself to be accepted.
