I failed.😪
I failed in more ways than I can count.🥺
Was it my impostor syndrome that got in the way?
Did I not have the best systems in place for onboarding new clients?
Did I not provide my best work?
What could I have done differently to have expanded my clientele?
I have all these thoughts of “oh that looks like a cool opportunity I should just quit what I’m doing now and try that!” “I need to redo this before its perfect” “wait i can’t do anything because I don’t have a website” “Clients are so hard to find” etc, etc, etc.
I share my services. I share my mission and passion. I go to these events in hopes of networking and connecting.
The one thing I don’t do is share on social media as much and I feel that maybe ruining my business? I’m not a huge social media person. I can’t come up with the awesome content that goes viral. I can’t plan and do all the things even though i watch videos on how to all the time… I try to stay consistent and fail with postings and what not.
So, for the past 3-4 years I have done nothing but fail, grow, fail again and grow again. I have changed direction many times with how to go about my business.
This year, I feel that I finally was able to find my direction on how I want to run it. Who I want to work with. And how to present myself. I hope that I can be somewhat consistent on social media but not burn myself out as much either.
This journey is difficult and not easy. But I strive to one day be where I feel comfortable in my business.
