Breakfast Idea
✨ Back-to-School Reset ✨
With my toddler heading back to school, I’m using this as my push to get organized again—starting with breakfast! No more spotty runs to Starbucks 🙅🏽♀️.
I ordered the cutest parfait glass cups (spoon included!) and stocked up on gluten-free, nut-free granola, blueberries, and plain yogurt. Paired with a couple of boiled medium eggs (not pictured), it’s a simple but nourishing way to fuel my mornings.
In the spirit of #PCOSAwarenessMonth , I’m reminding myself that small, intentional steps can add up to big changes in health and energy. This is my first one—cheers to consistency and positive habits! 🥂💛

Starting your day with a wholesome breakfast sets the tone for productivity and well-being, especially during hectic back-to-school periods. Choosing affordable ingredients like gluten-free, nut-free granola, fresh blueberries, and plain yogurt can provide a balanced mix of proteins, fiber, and antioxidants without exceeding a $10 budget. This combination not only helps maintain steady energy levels but also supports digestive health and immune function. Incorporating boiled eggs adds a valuable source of high-quality protein, essential for sustained fullness and muscle repair. For those managing health conditions like PCOS, such balanced meals contribute to stabilizing blood sugar and hormonal balance. Simplifying your morning routine with meal prep and reusable parfait glasses can reduce decision fatigue and encourage consistency. In addition, opting for natural, minimally processed foods helps avoid additives and allergens, aligning with a gluten-free living lifestyle. Taking small, intentional steps in your morning habits, such as prepping nutrient-rich breakfasts, can lead to long-term positive changes in energy and overall health. By making breakfast both easy and affordable, you're investing in your wellness without sacrificing taste or convenience.
