I've found that actively recalling happy moments can help balance this natural tendency. For example, keeping a gratitude journal or revisiting positive experiences through photos and conversations helps me cherish happiness more deeply. It’s interesting to think about how there are no visible 'scars' from happiness, yet those moments shape who we are just as much as the painful ones.
