How to not GIVE A FU*K
(part 2)—

sharing what’s helped me find peace and focus on my own path:

At the end of the day, your opinion of yourself is what truly matters. I’ve learned to trust my own judgment and prioritize my feelings over others' opinions. When I started valuing my own perspective, I felt more confident and less swayed by what others thought.

Opinions change, people change, and circumstances change. What someone thinks of you today might be entirely different tomorrow. Realizing the temporary nature of opinions has been freeing for me. I no longer stress over judgments because I know they aren’t permanent🤷🏼‍♀️

No matter what you do, you can’t make everyone happy. Trying to please everyone only leads to frustration and disappointment. I’ve embraced the fact that my happiness and well-being come first. 💆🏼‍♀️Once I accepted that I can’t please everyone, I felt a weight lift off my shoulders.

I try my best to truly care less about what others think and focus more on what makes me happy. Life’s so short be who YOU wanna be 🫶🏻✨
