It was successful don’t worry #candymaker #herculescandy #fypシ゚viral #fypage #fyp
Training someone to do your job can be quite challenging, especially when you anticipate difficulties from the start. I’ve experienced firsthand how hard it is to transfer all the knowledge and skills needed to keep a business running smoothly. Initially, I doubted that I could find someone who could handle the complexities involved without constant supervision. The fear of things going wrong was real — I felt like I could never catch a break. However, persistence is key. Even when training goes badly at times, learning from those moments helps both trainer and trainee improve. I found that stepping back and allowing the person to make mistakes is part of the process. It helped me realize that complete control isn’t always possible, but with clear communication and patience, progress is made. In my case at Hercules Candy, sharing my responsibilities during this transition period has been a test of trust and teaching ability. Although it was tough initially, seeing progress has been rewarding. Training someone else not only helps the business but also pushes you to refine your own methods and understanding of your job. If you are facing a similar training challenge, my advice is to embrace the struggle as part of growth. Stay positive, provide detailed instructions, and remember that perfection won’t come overnight. Sometimes, it’s the setbacks that prepare us best for long-term success.
