The morning routine that brings me peace every day

My morning routine has pretty much fallen into the same pattern every morning ever since I had my son and was diagnosed with some chronic health issues (hypertension w/ POTS, chronic anemia, PPA, and PPD). I’ve found this routine the best for bringing me peace and easing some of my worse symptoms.
