I've been taking Mounjaro for diabetes and weight loss since July 2025. I went up to 10mg, which was too much for me, so I'm currently back down to 7.5mg. Protein and hydration are a must! And small meals throughout the day help you get the fuel you need even though your appetite is lower.

I did this before my last exam and got a 90%! My school has walls of white boards that are soooooo useful for brain dumbs.
