「年齢に合わせた下着の選び方」って、結局なにを変えればいいの？と迷っていた時期がありました。メイクやスキンケアは年齢に合わせて更新するのに、下着だけは“慣れ”で選びがちなんですよね。私もまさにそれで、昔しっくりきていたブラを付け続けていたら、いつの間にか脇に流れる・下がる・デコルテが寂しく見える…が加速した感覚がありました。 年齢に合わせた下着選びでまず意識したいのは、「今の体型・肉質の変化に合わせて支える位置を変える」こと。40代以降は柔らかく動きやすくなる分、カップの中に収める力と、土台（アンダー）の安定が重要になります。 私が買い替え時に見るチェックポイントはこの5つです。 1) ホックは3段以上 アンダーが安定すると、肩で支えすぎずに済みます。2段ホックでズレやすい人ほど試してほしいです。 2) 肩紐は太め＆滑りにくい素材 細い肩紐は食い込みやすく、位置もズレやすいです。ズレ＝カップの中で胸が動く原因になり、形も崩れやすいと感じました。 3) 脇高・背中高め設計 脇や背中のお肉を「集める」というより、流れやすい方向を“戻す”感覚。着けた瞬間だけ整うタイプより、動いてもキープできるものが安心でした。 4) ワイヤーは“柔らかすぎない” 痛いほど硬い必要はありませんが、柔らかすぎると支える力が足りず、結果的に下垂っぽく見えやすいです。試着で、前かがみになってもカップが浮かないか確認しています。 5) サイズは半年〜季節ごとに見直し ブラの寿命は約半年が目安。生地やゴムが伸びるとホールド力が落ちるので、衣替えのタイミングで測り直すと失敗が減りました。同じサイズ表記でもブランドで体感が違うので、可能なら試着がおすすめです。 最後に、年齢に合わせた下着の選び方でいちばん大事なのは「今の自分の胸に合う基準を持つこと」。着けたときにラクなのに、動いてもズレにくい。その感覚がつかめると、下着選びが一気に楽になります。次の買い替えの前に、手持ちブラのホック数・肩紐・脇高かどうかだけでもチェックしてみてください。
