Weight 50kg → 1.5 ~ 1.75L Weight 60kg → 1.8 ~ 2.1L
This is an approximate estimate.
It is recommended to drink medium-hard water frequently.
It also helps to replenish minerals such as magnesium and calcium.
However, drinking one shot is NG.
It is hard to be absorbed by the body and can cause swelling and languishness.
Room temperature is better than cold water!
It hardly cools the gastrointestinal tract and also supports blood flow.

育乳を目指す時、水分補給の方法ひとつでも効果に違いが出ることを実感しています。特に、私も最初は「とにかくたくさん飲めばいい」と思っていたのですが、飲みすぎると逆に体調を崩したり、水分がうまく吸収されなかったりと問題がありました。 実際には体重に合わせた水分量が大切で、例えば50kgなら1.5〜1.75リットル、60kgなら1.8〜2.1リットルが目安です。私の場合は仕事中でも1時間に一度は常温の中硬水を少量ずつ飲むスタイルに変えたところ、むくみが軽減し、体の巡りも良くなったのを感じています。 また、硬水にはマグネシウムやカルシウムなどのミネラルが豊富で、育乳に必要な体脂肪の増加やホルモンバランスの調整を助 けてくれると実感。もし硬水の味が苦手な方は、中硬水を試すのがおすすめです。私も最初は味に慣れませんでしたが、慣れると自然に飲めるようになりました。 さらに、水は冷たいものより常温が良い理由は胃腸を冷やさず、血行を妨げないためです。忙しい日々のなかで、冷水を一気に飲む癖がありましたが、これをやめてからは体のだるさが減った気がします。 このように育乳は「何を飲むか」だけでなく「どう飲むか」も重要です。私自身の経験からも、この正しい水の飲み方はバストアップケアの基本中の基本だと強く感じています。これから育乳に取り組む方には、ぜひ自分の体重に合わせた水分量とミネラル豊富な常温水をこまめに飲む習慣をおすすめします。
