🌿 Close the "Junbi Little Planet" mission. 🌱
Plant a tree... plant a child's heart to grow along the way.
Over the past month, the children in the Junbi Little Planter program
I learned about the flourishing of trees and myself.
From the day we went to collect seeds at the Siri Arboretum Botanical Garden,
Back to study the shape, smell, weight and name of the seeds.
Disperse back home until it grows and reunite after a month to tell my first little tree to my friends.
Before the afternoon, the kids learned about moving to earth at Kindness Park, Line 2.
While they stooped down to dig in the dirt, carrying a hoe, a carpet of water.
We can clearly see the prefrontal cortex.
Because every step is EF - Executive Functions training.
💧. Goal placement to plant trees.
💧 Focus. Direct yourself in the face of heat and fatigue.
💧 a disciplined iteration so that every tree can go down to a new house.
"Planting trees" is therefore not just a natural activity.
But it is a life lesson that teaches children to understand that
Every good thing takes time, attention and responsibility to take care of. 🌱

โครงการ "Junbi Little Planter" เป็นกิจกรรมที่ไม่เพียงช่วยให้เด็กๆ ได้เรียนรู้เรื่องการเติบโตของต้นไม้ แต่ยังเป็นการพัฒนาทักษะสำคัญอย่าง EF (Executive Functions) ซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับการวางแผน การควบคุมตนเอง และการมีวินัย ผ่านการทำกิจกรรมเก็บเมล็ดพันธุ์จากสวนพฤกษศาสตร์สิรีรุกขชาติ เด็กๆ จะได้เรียนรู้ลักษณะเมล็ด เช่น รูปร่าง กลิ่น และน้ำหนัก จากนั้นนำเมล็ดพันธุ์กลับไปเพาะจนเติบโตกลายเป็นต้นไม้เล็กๆ เมื่อถึงเวลาย้ายกล้าลงดินที่สวนน้ำใจ สาย 2 เด็กๆ จะได้ลงมือขุดดิน ถือจอบ และพรมน้ำอย่างตั้งใจ ความทุ่มเทและความอดทนที่เด็กแสดงออกระหว่างกระบวนการเหล่านี้ เป็นการฝึกสมองส่วนหน้า (Prefrontal Cortex) โดยเฉพาะทักษะ EF ที่ช่วยเสริมสร้างการวางแผน การโฟกัส และการควบคุมอารมณ์ ผ่านการทำซ้ำอย่างมีวินัย แม้จะต้องเผชิญกับความเหนื่อยและความร้อนก็ตาม กิจกรรมปลูกต้นไม้ครั้งนี้ยังช่วยส่งเสริมความรับผิดชอบและความรักธรรมชาติในเด็กๆ ด้วยความที่ทุกขั้นตอนต้องใช้เวลา ความใส่ใจ และการดูแลอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทำให้เด็กเข้าใจว่า สิ่งที่ดีงามต้องใช้ความพยายามและความอดทนในการดูแลรักษา พ่อแม่และครูที่ร่วมสนับสนุนในโครงการยังเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการสร้างแรงจูงใจและสถานที่ปลอดภัยสำหรับการเรียนรู้อีกด้วย สุดท้ายแล้ว "Junbi Little Planter" จึงเป็นมากกว่ากิจกรรมปลูกต้นไม้ แต่เป็นบทเรียนชีวิตที่ช่วยให้เด็กเติบโตทั้งทางร่างกายและจิตใจ สร้างรอยยิ้มและความภูมิใจที่ไม่สามารถวัดค่าได้จากเพียงแค่ต้นไม้ปลูกเล็กๆ เท่านั้น
