✨I began walking/running to achieve a minimum of a 10,000 steps a day.

✨I have noticed so many changes from mental health, to toning my body back up.

✨Benefits of walking?

Maintain a healthy weight and lose body fat.

Prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, cancer and type 2 diabetes.

Improve cardiovascular fitness.

Strengthen your bones and muscles.

Improve muscle endurance.

Weight management/ weightloss

✨How I achieve 10,000 steps?

Averagely you will achieve most of your steps by just daily activity; move your body!

Most importantly to guarantee I hit my goal I walk or run 4miles! You can break this up through out your day or do it all at once! It’s just about an Hour of your day! I highly recommend doing some walking after large meals as it will speed up digestion and help get things moving!
