Feeding my 11 week old
This is what h make in a day and how I feed my 11 week old baby! Fed is best! 🥰🍼🥛 #breastfeedingjourney
Feeding a newborn can be a rewarding yet challenging experience. At 11 weeks, babies are developing their feeding patterns, which may include cluster feeding, especially in the evenings. It's essential to recognize signs of hunger and respond with appropriate feeding methods. Some parents opt for exclusive breastfeeding, while others find that supplementing with formula helps meet their baby's needs. Monitoring intake can be helpful; for instance, recording the times and amounts, like nursing sessions that last 20 minutes or formula bottles at specific times. A typical day might involve multiple feeds throughout the day and night, with growth spurts often prompting increased feeding frequency. Understanding your baby's cues will help ensure they're getting enough nourishment and can reduce stress during feeding times. Remember, every baby is different, and what's important is finding the best feeding strategy that works for you and your little one.

I am currently doing the same! I’m nursing my 9 day old. And pumping mostly as well. He struggles to latch and I also supplement with Formula as needed.
