I secretly think that like ICOCA in Japan, there may be ICOCA as a model because I can spend many things, can buy anything, but I haven't tried it yet (this one I think for myself)

หลายคนถามเหมือนกันว่า “เติมเงินบัตร EMV ยังไง” เพราะหน้าตาบัตรมันคล้ายบัตรเดินทางต่างประเทศ (เราก็นึกถึง ICOCA เหมือนกัน) แต่ของ MRT EMV VISA จะมีทั้งส่วนที่ใช้ขึ้น MRT และส่วนที่แตะจ่ายแบบ VISA ได้ด้วย เลยขอสรุปวิธีเติมเงิน/Top Up ที่เราไล่ทำเองแบบเข้าใจง่ายค่ะ 1) ก่อนเติมเงิน: ลงทะเบียนบัตรในแอป Bangkok MRT ให้เรียบร้อย - โหลดแอป Bangkok MRT (บางเครื่องอาจขึ้นชื่อคล้าย M Bangkok MRT) - สมัคร/เข้าสู่ระบบ แล้วไปที่เมนูที่เกี่ยวกับ “บัตร” หรือ “ลงทะเบียนผู้ถือบัตร” - กรอกข้อมูลตามที่ระบบให้ใส่ + เพิ่มบัตร MRT EMV (ส่วนมากจะให้ใส่เลขบัตร/ข้อมูลบนบัตร) ทริคจากประสบการณ์: วันที่คนใช้งานเยอะ แอปจะหมุน/ค้างนานมาก ให้ลอง - สลับไปใช้ Wi‑Fi/4G อีกเครือข่าย - ปิดแอปแล้วเข้าใหม่ หรือรอสักพักแล้วค่อยทำช่วงคนน้อย (ดึก/เช้า) - อัปเดตแอปเป็นเวอร์ชันล่าสุดก่อนเริ่ม 2) วิธีเติมเงินบัตร EMV (Top Up) ผ่านแอป Bangkok MRT ในแอปจะมีเมนูประมาณ “MRT Top Up” หรือ “Top Up” ให้ทำตามนี้ - เลือกบัตร MRT EMV ที่ผูกไว้ - เลือกจำนวนเงินที่จะเติม - เลือกช่องทางชำระเงินที่แอปรองรับ (บางช่วงอาจมีโปรโมชัน/เงื่อนไข) - ยืนยันการทำรายการ แล้วรอผลสำเร็จ หลังเติมเสร็จ แนะนำให้กลับไปหน้า “ตรวจสอบเงินคงเหลือ” เพื่อเช็คว่ายอดเข้าแล้วจริง 3) เติมเงินบัตร EMV ได้ที่ไหนอีกบ้าง (กรณีแอปไม่ผ่าน) ถ้าวันไหนแอปล่มหรือทำไม่สำเร็จ เราแนะนำให้ลองทางเลือกเหล่านี้ - เคาน์เตอร์/จุดบริการในสถานี MRT (ถามเจ้าหน้าที่เรื่องการเติมเงิน/ตรวจสอบยอด) - ตู้/เครื่องบริการในสถานี (ถ้ามีเมนูรองรับบัตรรุ่น EMV) 4) เช็คยอดเงินคงเหลือ + ดูประวัติเดินทาง ในแอป Bangkok MRT จะมีเมนูให้ - เช็คยอดเงินคงเหลือในบัตร - ดูประวัติการเดินทาง/การทำรายการ (ของเราตอนซื้อมา เจ้าหน้าที่เน้นว่าควรลงทะเบียนให้ไว จะได้เช็คข้อมูลพวกนี้ได้สะดวก) 5) ข้อควรรู้: บัตร EMV ใช้จ่ายแบบ VISA ได้ นอกจากใช้ขึ้น MRT ทุกสายที่รองรับแล้ว ยังสามารถเอาไปแตะจ่ายค่าสินค้าหรือบริการได้ทันทีที่ร้านที่มีสัญลักษณ์ VISA (รวมถึงบางร้านใน Metro Mall/ร้านทั่วไป/ออนไลน์) ตรงนี้ทำให้หลายคนรู้สึกว่ามัน “เหมือนบัตรเดินทางที่ช้อปได้” เลยค่ะ สรุปสั้นๆ: ถ้าถามว่าเติมเงินบัตร EMV ยังไง วิธีที่สะดวกสุดคือผูกบัตรในแอป Bangkok MRT แล้วกด MRT Top Up จากนั้นเช็คยอดซ้ำในแอปทุกครั้ง แต่ถ้าแอปค้าง ให้ไปเติมที่สถานีหรือรอช่วงคนน้อยแล้วลองใหม่ค่ะ
