⥠Teriyaki Salmon Recipe (Quick and Easy)
This is a speed-oriented recipe using instant teriyaki sauce.
ð Staple (2 servings)
Sliced salmon (leather stick type is easier to grill)
4-5 tablespoons instant teriyaki sauce
Salt and Black Pepper for Seasoning
Vegetable oil or a little olive oil.
Salmon Grill (Accent on Leather Side)
Set the pan: Set the pan to medium heat quite high. Add a little oil.
Leather Grill: Bring the salmon down the grill with the leather side down first, grill until the fish skin is crispy and about 70% cooked (about 4-6 minutes).
Flip the fish: Flip the fish slice. Grill for another 1-2 minutes. Keep the top fish meat cooked.
Sauce topping: Pour the finished teriyaki sauce into the pan (if the sauce thickens, one teaspoon of water can be mixed in it).
Enamel: Gradually tilt the pan, or use a spoon to scoop the boiling sauce, quickly doused on the top fish meat, so that the enamel sauce is beautiful and thickened sticky.
Bring it up: When the sauce is already glazed, scoop the fish up, put it on the plate immediately.
