Udon 1 ball
Onions 40 g
30 g green pepper
30 g sausage
5 g butter
oil 2 g
20 g milk
Ketchup 30g (first 10g / after 20g)
Worcestershire sauce 8g
3 g granulated sugar
Grated cheese
How to make it
Cut onions, sausages and peppers into bite-sized pieces. Open the bag slightly and heat the udon noodles at 600W for 1 minute.
2 Melt butter and oil in a frying pan and stir-fry onion and sausage. When soft, add green pepper and stir-fry quickly. Add 10g ketchup and stir-fry lightly.
3 Add udon noodles, add milk and loosen. Add remaining ketchup 20g, Worcestershire sauce and granulated sugar and stir.
4 Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with grated cheese to complete.

If you stir-fry the ketchup first, the sourness will fly away and the umami will come out 🍅
It is a balance to adjust the taste firmly with the later addition ◎
By adding a little milk, the noodles are easy to loosen and the whole is mellow 🥛
