Lazy Tzatziki Cucumber

This quick little snack I so hydrating and you can really make shift it to fit your needs.

Today I was limited in my ingredients before our monthly Costco trip, but it was still just as refreshing. All you need is a cucumber, lemon juice, and some type of thick diary adhesive and #bottabingbottaboom, you have a quick healthy snack. Grateful on busier days for this one.

🥒🧅Ingredients:

1 cucumber

1/2 red or white onion (optional- a nice substitution is onion powder in a pinch)

3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (sour cream will also do in a pinch)

1tbsp mayonnaise

1tbsp lemon juice (I double this. Sometimes triple because it’s just the bees knees 🍋)

Some ranch seasoning, some dill, pepper and salt if ya nasty 🤷‍♀️(I am a spice chick and will also add taki powder, tajin, or spicy ranch seasoning)

Combine all ingredients in a Tupperware so you can seal it and throw some… salad.

Doesn't look that appealing but it's delicious Usually I just do cucumber, yoghurt, dill, garlic and onion powder and salt and pepper to taste. This time I added arugula and some nutritional yeast. Plain yoghurt can be used in so many ways. Enjoy.
