European summer is the best kind of summer. But it’s never as fun if the place you are visiting is swarming with tourists also looking for the same European summer. Here are some smaller, less popular cities where you can get the same vibes as the favorites!

Menton in France provides a colorful fishing village feel on the Côte d’Azur, with beautiful gardens and quiet beaches, perfect for leisurely exploration and tasting fresh seafood. Menorca, the peaceful Spanish island, offers beautiful beaches and cultural heritage sites, less visited than Mallorca or Ibiza, so you can experience authentic island life. Choosing any of these destinations means you can enjoy outdoor activities like hiking coastal trails, exploring local markets, and visiting historical landmarks without the hassle of overcrowded tourist spots.
