BEST AIRPLANE SNACKS

It is absolutely criminal how much airport stores charge for snacks!! Before a trip I stopped by a stand and bought 3 snacks and it was $40!! Insane!

I like to bring snacks that are filling (high protein and fiber), not super messy, and are easy to pack.

I’m obsessed with Target’s Chex mix…I also bring a beef jerky or some type of sausage stick, granola bars or protein bars. And of course something for my sweet tooth!

To combat this, opt for high-protein snacks like beef jerky and protein bars that keep you full longer, plus fiber-rich choices such as granola bars and trail mix. Some favorites include Target’s elite trail mix, which combines nuts, chocolate, and dried fruits for a perfect balance of flavor and energy. Don’t forget about sweet treats like Nerds Gummy Clusters to satisfy your sweet tooth without causing a mess! These snacks are not only portable but also ideal for long flights, ensuring a comfortable journey. When packing, remember to choose non-perishable items and avoid anything too crumbly or liquid to comply with airline regulations. Planning ahead with your snack choices can turn a potentially overpriced travel experience into a delightful culinary adventure in the skies.

Thanks for the ideas. I never know what to bring as a snack on plane rides.
