For people with oily skin, cucumber juice really does regulate sebum production and soothe the skin without irritation. Drinking it consistently helped me reduce the shine and occasional breakouts that I thought were uncontrollable. Beetroot juice, rich in antioxidants and iron, improves blood circulation and oxygenates under-eye tissue, which visibly reduced my stubborn dark circles after a few weeks. It’s a natural pick-me-up and supports skin renewal. If your skin looks dull or lacks radiance, pomegranate juice is packed with antioxidants that help restart your skin’s glow. I found my complexion became noticeably brighter and more even toned after making it a habit. For uneven skin tone, lemon juice, high in natural vitamin C, helps regulate melanin production gently.
