I recently tried heated Pilates, and it was truly an intense but rewarding experience. At one point, I even wondered, "Did I almost die?" because of the intensity and sweat pouring down, but that feeling immediately turned into a strong desire to return for more. It’s definitely not for the faint of heart, but the benefits are worth it. After the session, I felt stronger, more energized, and far more flexible.
