Rosemary Garlic Butter Steak 😋
Why limit steak to only dinner or special occasions? It's a versatile dish that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
How I cooked my Rosemary Garlic Butter Steak in a Catharine or a skillet. Whatever type of pain you have on the stovetop, put it on medium heat, let the pan heat up, then add a stick of butter; it can be unsalted to salted; it doesn't matter, and then add some stems of Rosemary in your pan and chopped up garlic.
Turn the stove down to low heat. cover it with the pan top, and let it cook on low heat for about two minutes or while preparing your steaks.
I prepare my steak. I beat the meat with a meat tender, stabbed it with a fuse and holes, and seasoned it with garlic and salt, onion powder, and steak season. I know some of this might be too much for some however this is how I like mine. I just like seasoning on my food. Then I place my steak in my pan, turn up stove to medium heat, and let the steak cook for three minutes on each side.
I took the steak out of the pan and placed it on my grill top to get the charred taste on each side. I charred it for about two minutes on each side, placed it back in the pan with the butter, Rosemary, and garlic on low heat, the lowest you can get it, put the lid back on it, and let that cut about two minutes, 3 minutes on each side.
Now, how I made my Yams! I took some sweet potatoes, peeled them, washed them, and cut them. Put them on the stove. I added a little bit of brown sugar, a little bit of cinnamon, and just a little bit of water so it doesn't get stuck at the bottom. Then added marshmallows to the top!
Let's discuss the spinach dish I made. I chopped fresh spinach and washed it thoroughly before sautéing it in a pan with vegetable broth. To add flavor, I added butter, garlic chives, and a dash of AP seasoning. Once cooked, the dish was ready to serve.
This lunch is high in protein due to the steak, vegetables cause the spinach and sweet potato also a dessert cause of your sweet potato can count as one!!!
💰Price: 13.75 Steak , 3.00$ sweet potato, 1.98$ a bag of spinach all from Walmart.
📒Notes: Everything I used I either already had at home or got from Walmart.

Steak lovers will appreciate the versatility of this Rosemary Garlic Butter Steak recipe, ideal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. To achieve the perfect steak, it’s important to choose the best cuts; ribeye or sirloin are highly recommended. Begin by tenderizing your steak, as this will enhance its flavor and texture. A good marinade can also add depth; consider wine, soy sauce, or even a blend of herbs, garlic, and olive oil for extra kick. Cooking methods play a significant role in steak preparation. Whether you grill, pan-sear, or broil, be sure to let the steak rest after cooking for about 5 to 10 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in a juicier bite. For side dishes, this meal pairs wonderfully with a fresh salad or roasted vegetables, giving it a well-rounded appeal. Nutritional benefits should also be highlighted; steak is rich in protein, essential vitamins, and minerals, making it a great addition to a balanced diet. Don’t forget that flavor is key; fresh herbs like rosemary and garlic not only elevate the dish but also provide wonderful health benefits. Emphasizing healthy cooking practices while enjoying your meals can lead to a better lifestyle overall!
