The viral Ina Garten brownie pudding
I made the viral brownie pudding by @inagarten but I made a few small tweaks.
1. I made sure I used extra large eggs.
2. I used an 8x8 dish instead of a 9x13
3. I let it cool in the water bath after I took it out of the oven for about 10-15min.
It came out with the perfect texture and tased incredible. Make this if you are a chocolate lover!

As someone who loves baking and has tried many recipes, I found that Ina Garten’s viral brownie pudding is a true game-changer when it comes to rich, chocolatey desserts. What makes this recipe stand out is its pudding-like texture that’s both fudgy and moist, unlike traditional dense brownies. One tip I learned is to use extra-large eggs, as it helps achieve the ideal batter consistency, contributing to the perfect rise and creaminess. Switching from a larger 9x13 pan to an 8x8 pan concentrates the batter, which results in a thicker, more decadent pudding. The cooling process is equally important: letting the dish cool in the water bath for 10-15 minutes after baking ensures the pudding sets gently, preventing cracks and promoting that luscious smooth texture. In my kitchen, I also discovered that serving the brownie pudding slightly warm elevates the experience, especially when paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce. For chocolate enthusiasts, this dessert is heavenly and versatile enough to fit any occasion—from cozy winter nights to celebrations like Valentine’s Day or Love Day. If you’re experimenting with variations, try folding in some chocolate chips or toasted nuts for extra texture. Overall, this recipe’s tweak-friendly nature allows home bakers to personalize their brownies while keeping the core gooey, chocolate-loving appeal intact. Give it a try—you might just find your new favorite chocolate dessert!
