Treat Yourself: Foot Bath Self-Care Routine
Self-care isn't just about face masks or bubble baths—sometimes, the best form of relaxation starts with your feet! 🦶💆♀️ Here's how I turn my foot bath into a soothing ritual that helps me unwind and reset after a long day:
🚿1. Prepare the Water: I start by filling a footbath with warm water, adding tea tree oil foot soak.
💆♀️2. Soak & Relax: I let my feet soak for about 15-20 minutes. It’s the perfect time to close my eyes, breathe deeply, and clear my mind.
🧼3. Foot Scrub(optional): After soaking, I sometimes gently scrub away any dead skin with a foot scrub. I don’t use pumice stone anymore.
🧴4. Moisturize: I finish with a rich body cream, body oil with VE, Vaseline and a little massage to boost circulation and leave my feet feeling soft and nourished.
🧦5. Bonus Tip: For an extra dose of self-care, I like to wear cozy socks after moisturizing to lock in hydration while I relax.
Taking care of my feet is just as important as any other part of my body, and this foot bath routine is my little moment of bliss. What’s your go-to self-care ritual?

I was told that Vaseline will actually dry out your feet overtime and not to use it on the feet. 👣 Instead, use cocoa butter or coconut oil or both on the feet. It will make them incredibly soft and smooth! 🖤
