Workout A (Do this 3 times per week, with a rest day between sessions)

Duration: About 30-45 minutes

Warm-up (5 minutes):

- Light jogging in place or brisk walking

- Arm circles forward and backward

- Hip circles

- Bodyweight squats (10 reps)

Main Workout:

1. Glutes & Legs:

- Bodyweight squats: 3 sets of 12-15 reps

- Glute bridges: 3 sets of 15 reps

- Walking lunges: 2 sets of 10 steps each leg

2. Core/Stomach:

- Plank: 3 sets of 20-30 seconds

- Crunches: 3 sets of 15 reps

- Mountain climbers: 3 sets of 30 seconds

3. Arms & Back:

- Push-ups (can be done on knees): 3 sets of 8-12 reps

- Superman holds: 3 sets of 15-20 seconds

- Wall or counter push-ups: 3 sets of 12 reps

Cool-down:
