Healthy Bfast: Peaches & Cream Chia Seed Pudding
As a busy peds therapist on a new pcos journey, I’m always on the go earlyyyy. I’m not a huge chia seed pudding fan, but this one is IT. and satisfies me all morning.
Directions:
Grab a blender or nutribullet
Add 3 heavy pours of almond or oatmilk. A cap full of vanilla extract. 1/2 peach. A tiny dash of cinnamon and pinch of salt to elevate. blend together until smooth.
Pour the mixture & 1/3 cup of chia seeds to a small rectangular tupperware with a lid and leave in fridge overnight.
(I’ve seen the pudding stored in jars but it makes too many clumps for me)
