A Little Life Update… 🤍

After sharing our news here, I planned to fully focus on my small business that I’ve been building over the past few months. But life doesn’t always take us where we expect it to.

I had been working on a homeschool planner to use with my son and hopefully help other moms too. But lately, pregnancy has been hitting me hard. I’ve been dealing with constant nausea, headaches, and trying to keep up with my three little ones—ages 4, 2, and 6 months—while breastfeeding my baby and managing my husband’s long work hours.

I’ve realized I can’t carry everything at once, and I’m choosing to be gentle with myself. Unfortunately, I don’t know when I’ll be able to finish the planner. Right now, even the light from my phone makes me feel worse.

I just want to say thank you to everyone who has taken a moment to like, comment, or follow me. It truly means so much, and your support has encouraged me more than you know.

For now, I won’t be sticking to any social media schedule. My focus is simply getting through this season while giving my family the best of me.

Please keep me in your prayers. 🤍 I truly hope I’ll be back soon, standing on my feet again and continuing the project I started—because, more than ever, I realize how much I need it too. #PregnancyJourney #MomLife #FourthBaby #HonestMotherhood #LifeUpdate

... Read moreManaging pregnancy symptoms while caring for multiple young children is an incredibly challenging journey that requires immense strength and self-compassion. From personal experience and conversations with other moms, I have learned that being gentle with yourself during such times is essential. Pregnancy nausea, headaches, and fatigue, especially when accompanied by breastfeeding and managing a household, can make even daily tasks feel overwhelming. Many moms find that light from screens and phones can exacerbate nausea, leading them to limit screen time and instead focus on rest and quiet activities. Building a support system, whether through family, friends, or online communities, can help ease the emotional and physical load. Sharing your journey openly, like in this life update, resonates with others and provides encouragement. For those creating resources like homeschool planners, it is common to need to pause and prioritize health and family over projects. Remember, taking breaks does not diminish your passion or achievements. When feeling up to it, gradually resuming your project can be a source of motivation and joy. Prayers, moral support, and understanding from the community are invaluable during these seasons. If you are a mom navigating pregnancy and managing young children, know that you are not alone. Embrace kindness towards yourself, celebrate small wins, and lean on your network. It’s okay to step back and recharge. Your wellbeing ultimately benefits your family and gives you the strength to keep moving forward.
