Hey everyoneeee, it’s been a long week but the skin is glowinggg. I have slowly been making changes to my skin care routine , diet and taking my vitamins. I may add a few more steps to my routine but as of right now this is it. Steps are down below.

Step 1 - Cleanse thoroughly with the La Roche Posay purifying foaming cleanser - sometimes I double cleanse with it. - I do this morning and night

Step 2 - With completely dry skin I use a full amount of the syringe then pat it in DO NOT RUB. - I only do this step at night.

Step 3 - Put a dime size amount of the faded evening tone serum into your hand and pat into skin you can rub into skin once mostly patted in. - I do this step at night about every 2-4 days.

Step 4 - Do a full pump of the vanicream mixed w/ 3-4 drops of the Jamaican castor oil pat and rub into skin. - I do this morning and night

All done🤗

- I also take pre and probiotics, chlorophyll capsules 2x a day and eating healthier
