If back in November 2025, we never thought we'd have a home so early.
In fact, the plan was to wait for more to be ready. At least about 30 years old, I started looking for a home, but suddenly there was a Thos. program in partnership with Social Security open to register for a 1.59% interest home loan.
I wasn't thinking about buying a house at the time, I just felt that "the right is not damaged" without a house in my heart.
And it turns out... we got the right. 😊
After that, the project required a loan to be filed within a month, and we still didn't have a house to want, so I thought we'd run it out for fun, but it wouldn't pass, because most of the houses in Pattaya match the required specification start at about $2.5 million or more.
But the result is... credit passes!
I was reluctant to release my rights until one day I drove through this village by chance.
We can only see the outside, but the most impressive thing is that the entrance is surrounded by trees, not the solid walls that are commonly seen, the atmosphere is quiet, pleasant and pleasant.
At first I thought that a village like this would definitely be out of reach.
But after watching so many projects, there's no place to like us here.
Finally, we decided to borrow this house, and everything happened in just one month, from home selection to loan transfer date.
And to this day...
There's not a day when we feel like we made the wrong decision.
There is only a sense of pride every time you come home and understand the meaning of the word "own home" every day. 🤍🏡
