ผู้นำในยุคสมัยนี้ไม่ได้หมายถึงแค่การมีอำนาจหรือความเก่งเพียงฝ่ายเดียว แต่เป็นการสร้างคลื่นแห่งพลังบวกที่ช่วยเสริมสร้างความสามารถและโอกาสให้กับคนรอบข้าง จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้เรียนรู้และเฝ้าสังเกตผู้นำที่ยิ่งใหญ่ เช่น Bill Gates ผมเข้าใจว่าแรงบันดาลใจในการเป็นผู้นำที่แท้จริงมาจากการอยากเห็นคนอื่นเติบโตและประสบความสำเร็จร่วมกัน Bill Gates นอกจากจะเป็นผู้บุกเบิกเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์สู่ผู้ใช้ทั่วไป เขายังนำทรัพย์สินและความรู้ของตนไปใช้แก้ไขปัญหาสังคมที่สำคัญ เช่น การสนับสนุนการศึกษาและสุขภาพเด็ก ส่งผลให้หลายชีวิตมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น ผมเห็นว่าการแบ่งปันโอกาสเหล่านี้เป็นจุดสำคัญที่ทำให้ผู้นำแตกต่างจากคนเก่งธรรมดา ผมเองก็ได้เรียนรู้ว่าการเป็นผู้นำไม่จำเป็นต้องอยู่บนตำแหน่งหน้าที่สูง แต่คือการทำให้ทีมงานหรือคนในชุมชนเราได้พัฒนาศักยภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง การทำให้คนอื่นเก่งขึ้นจะช่วยสร้างความมั่นใจและแรงจูงใจใหม่ๆ ซึ่งนำไปสู่ความสำเร็จร่วมกันได้ง่ายขึ้น ในยุคที่โลกเปลี่ยนอย่างรวดเร็ว ผู้นำที่ดีจึงต้องมี Mindset ที่เปิดกว้าง รับฟัง และแบ่งปันโอกาสอย่างจริงจัง เพราะความสำเร็จแท้จริงไม่ใช่การขึ้นไปอยู่สูงสุดเพียงลำพัง แต่คือการนำพาทีมเดินหน้าควบคู่กันไปด้วยดี นี่คือบทเรียนที่ผมอยากแบ่งปันเพื่อให้ทุกคนได้เห็นคุณค่าของการเป็นผู้นำที่แท้จริงและสร้างผลสำเร็จอย่างยั่งยืน
