Dream Series Part 2: Finding the meaning

Dream interpretation is a fascinating journey into our subconscious, a powerful tool for self-discovery and understanding our deepest thoughts and feelings. These aren't just random occurrences; they are often pointing towards an unresolved issue, a fear to confront, or a desire waiting to be acknowledged. I’ve learned to treat these as urgent signals. Finally, after I've explored all these angles – the literal, the metaphorical, the emotional, and the recurring – I ask myself: "What is the core message of this dream for me, right now?" It's not always about predicting the future, but more about understanding my inner world and how it relates to my current experiences. This process isn't always instant; sometimes the meaning unfolds over days or weeks. But consistently practicing dream interpretation and maintaining my dream journal has become my personal dream guidebook, providing invaluable self-awareness and helping me navigate life with greater clarity.
