Rib Roast Steak Recipe
Melt the butter in a frying pan, garlic, a little grated ginger
Salt and pepper beef
Bake both sides rare.
Cut dry garlic slices into bite-size pieces and serve on a plate.
Put 2 tablespoons each of soy sauce and mirin in a frying pan to remove the alcohol.
Japanese style rib roast steak is ready 🤗💕
