私も自分の長男が一人暮らしを始めた時は、家電や家具の購入にかなり時間と労力を使いました。特に初めての引越しは、買い忘れがないようにリストを作って何度も買い物に行きました。テレビボードやチェストなど、大きな家具の組み立ては手間がかかるので、経験がある家族や友人に手伝ってもらうと心強いですね。 一人暮らし初心者にとって、日常の家事が思った以上に大変だと感じるのはよくあることです。私の息子も「家事って仕事みたいだね」と言っていましたが、料理や掃除、洗濯などを自分でやる経験は自立心を育てる良い機会だと思います。 また、引越し後に家族みんな で焼肉を食べに行くのは、頑張ったご褒美にもなり、家族の絆を深める素敵な時間になりますよね。私も新しい生活が始まった時は、親子で外食を楽しみながら色々な話をしました。 お正月に帰省してお雑煮を食べる約束も、一人暮らしを頑張る息子にとって大きな励みになるはずです。これからも無理せず、自分のペースで新生活を楽しんでほしいですね。
