It was a meaningful time to share with everyone and discuss daily troubles and solutions ✨✨✨
I was glad that my boss who had left my current workplace and my part-time colleagues also rushed ❣️
My family tells me that I don't have to talk about work until such time, but I love my current job and it's fun, and spending time with people I love is special!!

職場の仲間と一緒に過ごす食事の時間は、ただの食事以上の価値があります。私も同じように職場の友達とイタリアンをシェアした経験がありますが、味わう料理の美味しさだけでなく、普段話せない仕事の悩みやプライベートの相談を気軽に話し合えるのが魅力です。 例えば、ピザのビスマルクやアラビアータのようなバラエティ豊かなメニューを皆で分け合うことで、好き嫌いをカバーしつつ多彩な味を楽しめて、食事自体が会話のきっかけに。私もパスタやサラダをシェアしながら、そんな楽しい時間を過ごしたことがあります。 さらに、退職した上司や別の部署のパート仲間たちも誘って、いつもと違う雰囲気の中で交流することで、新たな人間関係が生まれたり、日頃のストレスの解消にもなりました。家族からは「仕事の話は控えたら？」と言われるかもしれませんが、好きな仲間と仕事の話をシェアすることで、逆にモチベーションが上がったり支え合えるのはとても嬉しいことだと思います。 食事会の場に咲いていたヒトツバタゴの花にも感動しました。これはモクセイ科の国家二級保護植物で、見かけることが意外と珍しいもの。身近な場所で自然の美しさに触れることで、心もリフレッシュできました。 このように、職場の仲間と美味しいイタリアンを囲み、仕事の話やプライベートの話を共有しながら過ごす時間は、単なる飲み会や食事会とは違う、心を豊かにする特別な時間になるのではないでしょうか？ぜひ同じような集まりを企画してみてはいかがでしょう。
