Meal planning and mindful eating are habits I developed to improve nutrition. Taking time to prepare healthy meals and appreciating each bite helps build gratitude and supports overall health. Additionally, setting aside time each evening to reflect on the day and plan for tomorrow keeps me organized and motivated. Building a habit tracker or using apps can also encourage accountability and track progress.
